Your Stay

The safety of you our valued customers, and that of our family and wonderful staff is paramount.

For 2025 we have retained some Covid -19 protection measures around the site, and we would suggest that the following guidelines are sensible to adhere to:

Our three toilet/shower blocks are open, but if all cubicles are occupied please use another block or wait outside in the fresh air.

Covid-19 is still around so as we cannot safely socially distance 100+ children in the courtyard we have discontinued our entertainment.

Visitors are limited to one car/family to a pitch and may not use the swimming pools, crazy golf etc.

General Booking Terms

We accept bookings to arrive on any day of the week, with no minimum stay in low season, but a minimum booking period of seven nights during late July and August. The applicable dates for this are specified on the tariff sheet. If you have booked a specific pitch or pitches we will endeavour to ensure that we do not make any changes, however, please be aware that for operational reasons this may sometimes be necessary, but we will always keep parties together.

A maximum of six persons is permitted on a pitch, but with a maximum of two adults (all must be 18yrs + if unaccompanied) on any pitch. It is our policy to only accept bookings from couples and families, we do not accept bookings from single groups of more than three persons of any gender or age. We do not accept bookings that potentially form a large associated group. Bookings requiring more than three pitches will only be accepted at the discretion of the proprietors, please contact the Park to discuss prior to booking.

A booking is only confirmed once secured with the required £75 deposit and admin fee. Deposit payments and/ or final balances can be made by  credit/debit card over the telephone or online.

For holidays commenced in mid or low season, ie, from 17th April -  23rd May, June 1st - July 18th, and from August 31st 2025 the balance of your holiday can be paid on arrival at the park.

The balance of all pitch/pitches booked can be paid by credit/debit card online or over the phone. We do not store card details so even if you paid your deposit by credit/debit card you will need to either contact us by phone in order to give fresh card details, or, if you made your booking online you can log back in and pay balances there. We can send you an email with a link to go to our website and create an online account.

If the final balance is not paid, and we cannot contact you we reserve the right to cancel the booking and make the pitch available for re-booking.

Cancellations:

(Including Cancellations caused by Covid-19)

As with all cancellations it depends who cancels the reservation. If the customer becomes ill or is unable to travel for any reason including vehicle breakdown, family reasons etc that necessitate cancelling the booking our usual cancellation terms (below) apply.

If, however we, the Park have to cancel the customer's booking for any reason a full refund would be made.

We politely remind you that once a booking is confirmed you have entered into a contract with us. Should you wish to cancel your booking it will be subject to our cancellation policy: The deposit and booking fee are non refundable, however we may at our discretion be able to carry the deposit forward to use against another stay in the current or following season. (Booking fees are not refundable or carried forward, they contribute towards the cost of booking administration & payment processing). If you cancel less than six weeks before a peak season stay and you have already paid the full balance we will credit back to you the cost of any nights that we manage to re let your pitch, not including your initial deposit, but, if we can successfully completely relet the pitch we may still carry your deposit forward for use at another time in the current season or the following season. If, having carried a deposit forward following a cancellation a booking is cancelled for a second time the deposit will be retained.

No refunds will be made for early departures whatever the cause therefore We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance against such an eventuality.

Pitches may be occupied from 12 noon, and pitches must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on day of departure.

If you wish to arrive before these times an 'early arrivals' area is provided on the left side of the driveway.
